Partial Rebuild - Mitsui Surface Grinder 6x12
- Dismantle machine and all units
- All components readied for customer inspection
- Grind hardened steel ways and scrape table bed
- Scrape and master ways on bottom of carriage
- Master carriage to base ways
- Install new ball bearings on table ways
- Install new crossfeed screw and nut
- Install metering units, misc. knobs and pins
- Check or repair electrical system and oil lines
- Repair or replace all membering parts that my impair units full efficiency
- Polish all bright work
- Paint complete machine and accessories
- Assemble and realign to original tolerance
- Machine guaranteed for accuracy for one year under normal use and maintenance
