- All components readied for customer inspection
- Grinder hardened steel ways on table
- Scrape and master table to top of carriage ways
- Scrape and master base ways
- Scrape and master bottom of base ways
- Install new crossfeed screw and nut ass’y
- Install new lube pump and lines
- Check or repair electrical system
- Rebuild spindle and replace bearings and motor
- Replace all bearing in all units
- Repair or replace all membering parts that may impair units to full efficiency
- Polish all bright work
- Paint complete machine and accessories
- Assemble and realign to original tolerance
- Machine guaranteed for accuracy for one year under normal use and maintenance
